Nikki was amazing to work with! We were moving here from out of state. She sent us properties that fit our criteria to review. Properties we wanted to see she did video showings. When we decided to come into town last minute she freed up the day! We found what we wanted. She prepared the contract, negotiated the counter and got our offer accepted!
